Welcome to Fitrah (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or placing orders on www.fitrah.com or via WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

General

Fitrah provides custom print-on-demand services across India.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Products & Orders

• All designs submitted must comply with Indian law and intellectual property rules.
• Orders placed can be via our website or WhatsApp. By submitting artwork or photographs, you affirm you have full rights to their usage.
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that are hateful, illegal, or offensive.

Payments

• Prices are listed in INR. Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or COD (where available).
• Full payment is required before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped pan-India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Shipping is free for orders above ₹799 during promotional periods.

Returns & Refunds

• If your order arrives with defects or print errors, notify us within 7 days with photographs. We will offer a reprint or refund where appropriate.
• Returns for customized goods due to change of mind are not accepted.

Intellectual Property

• All uploaded files must not infringe third-party rights. You retain ownership of your design; by uploading, you grant us the right to print it as ordered.

Limitation of Liability

• Fitrah is not liable for delays caused by courier issues or force majeure events.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

Changes to Policy

• We may update these terms as needed. Updated policies take effect immediately once posted.
